More of an off-white, our bread is a 100% sourdough blend of flours from Wholegrain Milling, Miller Bakery James and Woodstock in NSW. We vary the blend, but this is typically 65% white bakers flour, 35% bio-dynamic wholemeal. At 1.2kg dough weight, they're big loaves, for lots of eating.
